Call Break: Card Master is a captivating and engaging classic card game that offers endless fun and memorable moments. This awesome classic trick-taking game introduces a fresh theme while retaining its traditional charm. Known by various names such as ghochi, call-bridge, Lakdi/Lakadi, and tash, it is a strategic score trick game designed for four players, using a standard deck of 52 cards, akin to spades. In Call Break, spades are perpetually designated as the trump card, making it essential for players to master trumps and bidding strategies to maximize their scores. The game is accessible to everyone, playable anytime and anywhere around the globe.
Call Break: Card Master is designed for four players. The game begins with any player dealing the first hand, or the dealer can be chosen by drawing a card from the deck. Subsequent dealing turns pass to the right, and the cards are dealt in an anticlockwise direction. The dealer distributes all cards, ensuring each player receives 13 cards. Players then pick up their cards, examine them, and start the game by calling their potential winnable hands. It's crucial to adhere to stable rules, aiming to collect call points and possibly win extra points beyond the called hands. Spades serve as the trump cards, and in each trick, players must follow the suit led; if unable to do so, they must play a trump card or any card of their choice. The objective is to win the trick, which is claimed by the highest card of the led suit unless trumped. The winner of each round leads the next. A player who secures at least as many tricks as their bid earns a score equivalent to their bid. The game spans five rounds, with the highest scorer at the end being declared the winner, followed by the announcement of runner-ups.
