Quickfire rules:
After dealing the cards evenly among four players, each player can either "pass" or bid the number of tricks they believe their team can win above six in any suit, or "No Trumps". Bidding operates like an auction, with each player having the opportunity to bid higher than the current winning bid or "pass".
The player to the left of the Declarer leads first. Each player plays one card in turn, following suit if possible. If unable to follow suit, they may play any other card, including a trump card. The player who wins the trick leads the next one. The goal for the bidding team is to win at least the number of tricks they bid in their contract, while the opposing team aims to prevent them from doing so.
After the opening lead, the Dummy's cards are displayed face-up for all players to see. The Declarer plays both their own and the Dummy's cards. If your team wins the contract, you'll manage both the Declarer and Dummy hands.
At the end of each round, the winning bidder earns contract points if they meet or exceed their contract, or they give "Undertrick" penalty points to their opponents. The "Rubber" is won by the team that first wins two out of three games, each game being won by achieving 100 contract points.
