Uttar Pradesh has taken a significant step forward in enhancing its public health service management with the introduction of the eKavach app. This comprehensive primary healthcare (CPHC) application has been rolled out by the National Health Mission (NHM) of Uttar Pradesh, specifically designed for use by ASHA workers, ANM, ASHA Sangini, and Community Health Officers (CHOs). Built on Argusoft's Open Source and DPG Certified platform, MEDPlat, eKavach streamlines the delivery of essential health services. It covers a broad spectrum of healthcare management, including the complete workflow and referral systems for Family Folder, Reproductive, Maternal, Child, and Adolescent Health (RMCH+), Non-Communicable Diseases (NCD), Nutrition, and other vital health services.
