Explore 150+ vocabulary words designed for kids aged 4 to 9 with three engaging spelling modes.

The Kiwanis Club of New Kingston (KCNK) brings the beloved Primary & Prep school spelling competition directly to children's fingertips. This educational app is proudly sponsored by Grace Kennedy Money Services (GKMS) and Western Union (WU).

The KCNK Little Bee Game offers offline accessibility with two learning modes and a competitive challenge. Each of the 10 progressively difficult levels contains 15+ words that remain consistent across all play modes, ensuring comprehensive vocabulary building.

In Settings, students can personalize their profile by entering their name, age, parish, and school before choosing between Learning Mode 1, Learning Mode 2, or Competition Mode.

Learning Mode 1:

Children practice spelling by sequentially tapping letters from left to right while hearing each letter pronounced aloud. The app allows error correction and word repetition via the bee icon. Progression requires correctly spelling all words within a level, with earlier levels serving as prerequisites for advanced challenges.

Learning Mode 2:

This mode presents scrambled letter challenges where students reconstruct words from mixed-up components. Like Mode 1, it offers real-time feedback, error correction options, and requires full mastery to advance through levels in sequential order.

Competition Mode:

A timed challenge featuring word scrambles with additional distractor letters. Players complete 10 randomly selected words per level, with cumulative timing recorded on the leaderboard. The goal is achieving the fastest completion time possible.

The Settings page allows game resets. During gameplay, proper timing between letter selections is encouraged. Players and parents can easily share achievements by capturing leaderboard screenshots.
