Samsung unveiled a total of six Mini-LED TV models for 2025, with three of them available for purchase starting today. The Neo QLED QN990F and QN900F are true 8K TVs featuring incremental improvements such as new anti-glare technology, the One Connect wireless transmitter box, and access to Samsung's Art Store, which was previously exclusive to the Frame TVs. The new 4K Mini-LED models include the QN90F, QN85F, QN80F, and QN70F. The top-tier QN90F boasts a 165Hz refresh rate, Gen 3 processor, and anti-glare coating similar to the S95F. Meanwhile, the mid-range QN85F marks Samsung's first 100" TV.

The new OLED lineup for 2025 includes the S95F, S90F, and S85F, each featuring incremental upgrades over their predecessors. The flagship S95F comes equipped with a new NQ4 AI Gen 3 processor, a 165Hz refresh rate, an enhanced anti-glare coating, and an upgraded QD OLED panel capable of reaching up to 2,000 nits of brightness. The S90F also features the Gen 3 processor, a 144Hz refresh rate with VRR, and a QD OLED panel that can hit up to 1,300 nits of brightness for models 55" and larger. The S85F, considered the "budget" model in this lineup, comes with a Gen 2 processor and is the only model currently available for purchase.

The Frame Pro is set to debut this year alongside the standard Frame TV. This new model will feature a superior Neo QLED Mini-LED panel for richer and brighter colors, a 144Hz refresh rate, the new anti-glare technology, and wireless connections through a discreetly stowable "One Connect" box. The standard Frame TV will also remain available, likely at a more affordable price.
Samsung’s 2024 mini LED QN90D is a refined television with an updated interface and a suite of new features that enhance its value. Although pricey, its brightness, color quality, multiple HDMI 2.1 ports, and built-in gaming features make a compelling case for its cost.
Samsung is heavily investing in AI technology for 2025, introducing "Vision AI," which can recognize content, including actors and settings, and provide personalized real-time commentary. More TV models will also feature AI Upscaling Pro and AI Motion Enhancer Pro to dynamically optimize image quality. Other AI-driven enhancements include Active Voice Amplifier Pro, which isolates and enhances voices, AI Optimization, and AI Energy Mode.
Additionally, Samsung is expanding the use of a matte-like anti-glare coating across more TV models. This technology, first seen on the S95D in 2024, minimizes reflections without desaturating the image, setting it apart from typical anti-glare solutions.
