Epic Games unveils free Bridge Constructor: The Walking Dead and Idle Champions loot

As we approach the weekend, it's time to dive into the latest free releases from the Epic Game Store for mobile users. Available on Android and iOS (particularly in the EU), these games are free to download and keep, offering exciting new experiences for players. This week, we're spotlighting Bridge Constructor: The Walking Dead and Astarion's Champions of Renown Pack for Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms.

Bridge Constructor: The Walking Dead combines the classic bridge-building gameplay with the thrilling world of the Walking Dead. In this game, you'll need to use your architectural skills to construct bridges that allow survivors to escape while also strategically setting traps to fend off the pursuing zombies. It's a humorous yet challenging blend of two popular genres, offering a unique twist on both.

On the other hand, Astarion's Champions of Renown Pack for Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms is packed with rewards to enhance your gaming experience. This pack includes a Flumph familiar, unlocks for your favorite champions, an exclusive Tuxedo Kalix skin, and other goodies. While it's not a standalone game, this booster pack provides significant advantages within the Idle Champions universe.

A Bit of Both WorldsWhile I must admit I was slightly disappointed to see a booster pack among the free releases, I can appreciate the value it brings to fans of Idle Champions. Meanwhile, Bridge Constructor: The Walking Dead successfully merges the fun of the franchise with the added challenge of zombies, making it a compelling choice for gamers.

It will be fascinating to observe how Epic Games' strategy of offering free mobile releases impacts the gaming community. Will this approach prove more effective on mobile than it did on PC? Only time will tell.
