One Of My Favorite Magic: The Gathering Commander Decks Is Just $25 For Black Friday

Magic: The Gathering releases numerous new Commander Decks annually, but it's been some time since Wizards of the Coast introduced any 'Starter' sets.

The previous release was in 2022, and those decks are becoming increasingly difficult to locate. Fortunately, one of them is currently available through Amazon’s Black Friday promotions, offering a massive discount of over 50% on a deck that holds a special place in my collection — Draconic Destruction.

This Epic Commander Deck Is $25 Right Now

Amazon is selling this Red/Green deck for just $25, a significant reduction from the original $53.38 MSRP — though these decks were always designed to be budget-friendly.

However, due to their long absence from production and the fact that this one is a well-crafted, cohesive preconstructed experience, finding a new copy is now challenging.

As the name implies, Draconic Destruction centers around Dragon cards, making it ideal for players who enjoy summoning large, powerful dragons and overwhelming their opponents with a storm of them.

Do you plan on doing your shopping before Black Friday this year? -----------------------------------------------------------------

Yes!No, I'm going to waitOnly if the deal is really good

AnswerSee ResultsIt’s a deck that performs exceptionally well right out of the box, yet it also offers strong upgrade potential. Its Commander, Atarka, World Render, is now very affordable on its own, but its ability to grant double-strike to your dragons — already flying — can shift the tide of battle instantly.

This was actually my first Commander deck, so I have strong personal memories of my initial games in the format using it. That’s why it’s disappointing that it’s now so hard to find. But thanks to this deal, it’s an easy recommendation.
