When King of Crabs splashed onto the scene in 2019, it quickly captured the hearts of gamers with its whimsical and quirky premise: a battle royale featuring crabs. Now, the creative minds at Robot Squid are diving back into the world of crustacean combat with an even grander vision. Introducing King of Crabs – Invasion, a thrilling new chapter in the saga.
Robot Squid has transformed the gameplay from a free-for-all frenzy to a more structured real-time strategy (RTS) experience. Instead of dropping into a chaotic tidepool with 99 other players, you now command your forces across a linear battlefield in King of Crabs – Invasion. The focus shifts from scavenging for weapons and growing by consuming smaller creatures to strategically deploying units like standard crab soldiers, catapults, and formidable mace-wielding tanks with claws. The objective remains clear: outmaneuver and overpower your opponent before they can do the same to you. The outcome of each match hinges not only on your tactical prowess but also on adapting to the map and navigating unexpected obstacles.
