"Lost Records: Bloom and Rage Launches - From Life is Strange Creators"

The acclaimed French studio Don't Nod, renowned for their work on Life is Strange, has unveiled the first installment of their latest narrative-driven experience. As of today, February 18, players can immerse themselves in "Tape 1," the initial chapter of this enthralling tale. "Tape 2" is set to be released free of charge to all buyers on April 15, promising to deepen the mystery.

First teased in 2023, the game revolves around a tight-knit group of friends who were mysteriously separated during the summer of 1995. Fast forward 27 years, and the specters of that fateful summer re-emerge, ushering in unforeseen and chilling repercussions for the group.

Inspired by classics like It, Yellowjackets, and I Know What You Did Last Summer, the game weaves together nostalgia with psychological thriller elements to create a captivating experience. Don't Nod has decided to release the game in two distinct segments titled "Bloom" and "Rage." Currently, only "Bloom" is available, setting the stage for the haunting narrative.

The eagerly anticipated second part, dubbed "The Tape," was initially scheduled for a March release but has been rescheduled to April 15. This delay aims to ensure a more refined and polished experience for players.

With the review embargo now lifted, OpenCritic has aggregated an average critic score of 74/100, indicating a promising debut for this suspenseful mystery game.
