Pokémon TCG Pocket to introduce trading at the end of this month alongside brand-new expansion

Pokémon TCG Pocket's highly anticipated trading feature arrives January 29th! A brand-new expansion, Space-Time Smackdown, follows on January 30th.

The trading feature allows players to exchange cards with friends, adding a new layer of social interaction to the digital card game. Trade hourglasses and tokens will be required for trading.

Space-Time Smackdown introduces fan-favorite Pokémon from the Sinnoh region. Two new digital booster packs feature the legendary Pokémon Dialga and Palkia.

Beyond the legendaries, popular Pokémon like Lucario and the Sinnoh starter trio (Turtwig, Chimchar, and Piplup) are also included. These can be obtained through Wonder Pick and standard booster packs.

This update is expected to be a major success, particularly due to the inclusion of long-awaited Pokémon. While some concerns about the trading mechanics have surfaced, the developers have promised ongoing adjustments.
