Team Cherry Teases 'Hollow Knight Silksong' with Cryptic Update

Hollow Knight Silksong's release remains elusive, much to the amusement (and frustration) of fans. The developers, Team Cherry, have a history of playful teases, and their recent posting of a single cake image sent the community into a frenzy of speculation. Many believed it hinted at an Alternate Reality Game (ARG).

However, Team Cherry quickly dispelled these theories, clarifying that the cake photo was simply a playful image and not a cryptic clue.

Despite the official explanation, some fans remain unconvinced, clinging to the belief that a full game reveal is imminent, perhaps in April. The development continues, and the release date remains shrouded in mystery.

Team Cherry's acclaimed action-adventure title, Hollow Knight, set the stage for Silksong. The original game captivated players with its exploration of the interconnected, decaying kingdom of Hallownest, challenging combat encounters, intricate puzzles, and rich lore, all experienced through the eyes of a silent, diminutive knight.
