The app adheres strictly to privacy standards as outlined by the Guarantor. Geolocation data is only captured when a learner voluntarily clocks in, and the GPS function is disabled immediately afterward. Additionally, learners have the ability to verify whether geolocation is active directly within the app or through their device settings, ensuring transparency and control over their personal data.

When not in use, the app does not track any movements. Importantly, all data stored on the learner's device, whether the app is being used or not, remains confidential and is neither shared nor processed in any manner.
