• Giving Up: If a player decides to give up, they incur a fine equivalent to their current score, and the other two players each receive half of that amount.

Game Settings:

• Winning Condition: Players must surpass 1000 points to win.
• Point Clearance: Points are cleared if a player reaches exactly 555 or -555 points.
• Barrel on Own Turn: Players can initiate a barrel round if they have 880 points and it's their "own turn," meaning they have the first call on bidding. They automatically win the bidding and receive the talon, regardless of other players' cards. An unsuccessful barrel attempt results in a 120-point fine.
• Card Redistribution: New cards are distributed if the talon or hand falls below a certain point threshold.
• Special Features: The game includes ace marriage, golden round, and the ability for multiple players to play a barrel simultaneously, with the first player in turn order getting priority.

Barrel Game Mechanics:

• A player with 880 points can play a barrel on their "own turn," securing the talon without competition. Failure results in a fine and an unsuccessful try. After three unsuccessful tries, the player's points are reset to zero.
• If a player attempts a barrel without an "own turn," they do not score points, but it is not counted as an unsuccessful try.
• If multiple players reach 880 points simultaneously, the player with the next turn gets priority to play the barrel.
