In Tute Cabrero, the card hierarchy, ranked from highest to lowest, assigns points as follows: Ace (11 points), 3 (10 points), King (4 points), Knight (3 points), Jack (2 points), and the remaining cards (7, 6, 5, 4, and 2) hold no value. The gameplay begins with the first card played in a trick setting the leading suit, which all players must follow if possible. If a player cannot follow suit, they can play any card. The trump suit trumps all, winning the trick; otherwise, the highest card of the leading suit takes it.
