Abyss of Dungeons: Dark and Darker Mobile's New Name Revealed

Krafton has taken a significant step to distance itself from Ironmace Studios' ongoing legal entanglements with Nexon by rebranding Dark and Darker Mobile to Abyss of Dungeons. This move primarily affects the game's name and likely some elements specific to Dungeons & Dragons, signaling Krafton's intent to steer clear of the controversy surrounding Ironmace.

For those unfamiliar, Ironmace Studios has been locked in a legal battle with Nexon, who alleges that Ironmace, founded by former Nexon employees, misused trade secrets and assets developed during their tenure at Nexon to create Dark and Darker. While the lawsuit continues, the rebranding of Dark and Darker Mobile to Abyss of Dungeons follows earlier reports from February hinting at such a change.
