The legendary strategy series, *Age of Empires Mobile*, is expanding its horizons with the introduction of the innovative Mercenaries System, empowering players with greater control and strength over their military forces. This exciting feature becomes accessible once players reach Level 26, unlocking the Mercenary Camp where they can enlist and enhance formidable mercenary units, alongside their unique technologies.

Each mercenary faction brings its own set of specialized skills to the battlefield, detailed below:

Byzantine Cataphract:

• Increase the damage of all hero skills within the army by [2%]
• After the troops inflict skill damage, all damage received by our troops is reduced by [3.5%] for [3] seconds

Swiss Pikeman:

• Increase the probability of triggering the hero's pursuit/active skills for all troops by [1%]
• Reduce all damage received by troops by [2%]

Korean Archer:

• Increase the probability of triggering the hero's pursuit/active skills for all troops by [1%]
• Reduce all damage received by troops by [2%]

Players have the opportunity to recruit their first mercenaries at no cost by participating in a special event, currently available alongside the launch of the system.
