Kepler Interactive, collaborating with Mureena and Psychoflow, has announced a revised release date for their sci-fi platformer, Bionic Bay. Initially slated for March 13th, the game will now launch on April 17th, exclusively on PlayStation 5 and PC (via Steam and the Epic Games Store).
Bionic Bay's unique selling point is its innovative gameplay mechanics centered around the "Swap" system. This physics-based interaction system allows players to manipulate the environment, dramatically altering movement, combat, and defensive strategies. This creates a dynamic and consistently engaging experience.
The game features meticulously crafted levels brimming with interactive physical objects, particles, and liquids, significantly enhancing immersion. A state-of-the-art physics engine powers every interaction, ensuring a unique and captivating experience for players throughout their exploration.
The delay provides the development team valuable time to further refine the game, promising a higher-quality final product at launch.
