Black Desert Unveils 10th Anniversary Vinyl Album Set

Black Desert has reached its 10-year milestone, and Pearl Abyss is celebrating in a unique, old-school way with a 10th Anniversary Vinyl Album set. In a surprising move, they've collaborated with Black Screen Records to release a special 3xLP vinyl set that honors a decade of the game's captivating music.

Which Tracks Are Part of the Black Desert 10th Anniversary Vinyl Album?

The album is a carefully curated collection of tracks composed by Hwiman Ryu and his team, featuring a diverse range of genres from jazz and ethnic fusion to alternative rock. If you're a fan of Black Desert, you'll appreciate how the music enhances the game's atmosphere.

Hwiman Ryu, the head of audio at Pearl Abyss, emphasized that vinyl allows listeners to experience a full side as a cohesive journey. This approach is reflected in the album, where each track seamlessly transitions into the next, creating a musical experience that transcends mere background music.

The album's packaging is equally impressive, with sleeves designed to resemble collectible art pieces rather than standard record covers. These designs evoke memories of Black Desert's major updates and expansions, adding to the set's appeal.

When Will It Be Out?

The Black Desert 10th Anniversary Vinyl Album set will begin shipping in August. You can secure your pre-order on the official Black Screen Records website for $65. It's also available through the IGN Store, Light in the Attic, Amazon, and various other retailers.

Black Desert, Pearl Abyss' open-world MMORPG, is renowned for its stunning visuals and action-packed gameplay. The game offers extensive customization options, allowing players to control every detail of their character's appearance. You can also explore the mobile version available on the Google Play Store.
