Breaking News: Genshin Impact Unveils Banner Events for Version 5.4

Genshin Impact Version 5.4 Leaks: Banner Details Unveiled

Recent leaks from the Genshin Impact Version 5.4 beta reveal exciting details about the upcoming event banners. The 5-star character lineup is expected to include Mizuki (Anemo Catalyst), Wriothesley (Cryo Catalyst), Sigewinne (Hydro Bow), and Furina (Hydro Sword). Joining them will be a selection of 4-star characters: Mika (Cryo Polearm), Gorou (Geo Bow), Sayu (Anemo Claymore), and Chongyun (Cryo Claymore).

Version 5.4's storyline returns players to Inazuma, focusing on its yokai and featuring prominent roles for Yae Miko and Ei. The spotlight, however, is undeniably on the new 5-star Anemo Catalyst user, Mizuki. While initially criticized for a passive playstyle, Mizuki has undergone significant buffs during beta testing and is anticipated to be a Standard Banner addition.

Datamining efforts have largely confirmed the 4-star character pool, with Mika, Gorou, Sayu, and Chongyun predicted to appear. The first half of Version 5.4 is expected to feature Wriothesley and Mizuki, while Sigewinne and Furina will likely headline the second half. The possibility of an Inazuma Chronicled Banner remains unconfirmed, but its inclusion would influence the distribution of Gorou and Sayu across the two banner phases. Mika's strong synergy with both Furina and Wriothesley makes him a highly sought-after addition.

Speculation on the remaining 4-star spots focuses on potential reruns. Charlotte, absent from event banners since Version 4.2, is a popular contender. Noelle's synergy with Furina and Gorou also makes her a strong possibility, particularly in the second half. These reruns would provide much-needed opportunities for players to obtain Sayu, Mika, and Gorou.
