How To Find & Catch the Burglar (Robin Banks) in The Sims 4

The Sims 4's latest update brings back a classic: the Burglar, now known as Robin Banks! This nocturnal thief targets Sims' homes, attempting to steal valuable items. Learn how to catch her and protect your Sims' belongings.

Robin Banks only appears at night. While infrequent, you can increase her chances of visiting by activating the new "Heist Havoc" Lot Challenge. Be warned, this also makes alarms more prone to malfunction, potentially aiding her escape.

Catching the Burglar:

If you're lucky enough to awaken before Robin Banks completes her heist, several methods exist to apprehend her:

• Call the Police: The trusty police are back and ready to arrest this notorious criminal.
• Fisticuffs: Your Sims can physically confront Robin Banks. Fitter Sims have a higher success rate.
• Specialized Defenses: Several game packs offer unique advantages:
  • Dogs: Will chase her away. (Requires The Sims 4 Cats & Dogs Expansion Pack)
  • Werewolves: Can intimidate her into fleeing. (Requires The Sims 4 Werewolves Game Pack)
  • Spellcasters: Can use spells to confuse or transform her. (Requires The Sims 4 Realm of Magic Game Pack)
  • Servos: Can use their defense matrix to immobilize her. (Requires The Sims 4 Discover University Expansion Pack)
  • Scientists: Can employ the Freeze Ray. (Requires The Sims 4 Get to Work Expansion Pack)
  • Vampires: Might enjoy a quick snack before sending her packing. (Requires The Sims 4 Vampires Game Pack)

Install a Burglar Alarm for added security! Remember, the key is to be alert and prepared.

The Sims 4 is available now on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC.
