CD Projekt Red’s acclaimed sci-fi action RPG, Cyberpunk 2077, has postponed what many consider its definitive final update. Originally scheduled for June 26, CDPR announced that the development team requires "a little more time" to ensure Update 2.3 delivers a scope comparable to Update 2.2.

"Turns out we're going to need more time with this one. Sorry for the wait and thanks for your patience, everyone!" Momot wrote.

"Need a little more time in the oven my chooms." Sasko wrote, "Making sure it's done well and polished for you. Much love, thank you for your passion for our game -- it's incredibly motivating and inspiring."
