King Slime
While technically a boss, King Slime functions more like a mini-boss due to its lower threat level compared to other encounters in Arcane Lineage. However, low-level players should still exercise caution, and note that this encounter doesn't grant soul points.
King Slime Location
King Slime appears after 100 regular Slimes are defeated on a server. It spawns near whichever city is closest to where the final Slime fell, with the Quest Board alerting players when the encounter becomes available. The two-step quest involves:

This event has a 30-minute server-wide cooldown period.
King Slime Fighting Strategy
With just 400 HP (600 HP when Corrupted), this gelatinous foe has the lowest health pool of any boss. Its strategy revolves around summoning additional Slime minions and unleashing AoE poison attacks. Come prepared with antidotes and cleansing abilities. Focus first on clearing adds, then unleash your attacks during its poison-heavy but damage-free turns.
