To craft the Neomun-Cake, you'll need:

• Vex Milk (obtained by defeating Vex enemies)
• Dark Frosting (obtained by defeating enemies using Stasis or Strand weapons/abilities)
• 15 Dawning Essence (earned through various in-game activities)
