The indie sensation Drug Dealer Simulator Schedule I continues to dominate Steam's charts, and now it's rolling out its first significant post-launch update. Developer Tyler has released version 0.3.4 on the beta branch, which is now available for testing. This update will spend a day or two on the beta branch before its full release, and players are encouraged to opt in and test the new features.
While the beta version doesn't include all the upcoming features, Tyler is eager to get player feedback on the new additions. "This beta doesn't quite contain 100% of the features coming in the full release," Tyler noted. "I'll be adding a few more decorative objects tomorrow [April 8]. I wanted to get this beta out ASAP so that the new wall-mounted objects and pawn shop interface can be thoroughly trialed."

Schedule I skyrocketed to the top of Steam's sales charts upon its launch, outpacing major titles like Monster Hunter Wilds, GTA 5, and Marvel Rivals. Its viral spread across social media, Twitch, and YouTube has been phenomenal. In the game, players start as small-time dealers in the gritty city of Hyland Point and work their way up to becoming drug empire kingpins, managing everything from manufacturing to distribution, and expanding their business through properties, employees, and more.
The game is both developed and published by TVGS, an Australian indie developer led by Tyler, who expressed his astonishment at the game's explosive reception. "I never expected this kind of response!" Tyler shared on Reddit. "At the moment I’m just trying to stay focused and get patches out ASAP. Also looking forward to getting started on content updates as soon as all major bugs are patched."
