Disney Speedstorm sees Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde of Zootopia arrive on the track

Disney Speedstorm Unveils Zootopia Characters in New Update

Disney Speedstorm is set to introduce iconic characters from the beloved film Zootopia.

Beyond that, mid-season will bring racers Yzma and Kuzco from The Emperor's New Groove.

Plus, keep an eye out for fresh Vault additions and a new speedrunning challenge.

With the holiday season in full swing, parents with young children may be bracing for endless Disney marathons on Sky Movies, Disney Plus, or traditional DVDs and Blu-rays. Instead, consider giving the kids a copy of Disney Speedstorm for its latest Christmas update, Partners in Paws, launching on December 18th.

This latest update features the arrival of Nick Wilde and Judy Hopps from Zootopia. Nick’s ability lets him scatter popsicles across the track, increasing opponents’ nitro usage, while Judy gains a speed boost by activating her flashing lights after opponents pass her.

But there’s more to come. The Zootopia cast is expanding with new crew members, including Gideon Grey, Gazelle, and Mr. Big. For fans of classic Disney films, the arrival of two more racers is especially exciting. Don’t miss our updated Disney Speedstorm tier list for the latest additions.

Mid-season, players will welcome Kuzco and Yzma from The Emperor's New Groove, along with new crew members. That’s not all—new Supercharged Racers, Vault expansions, and more are on the way. Plus, the first official speedrunning event kicks off December 19th and runs through the 27th, perfect for competitive players.
