Fortnite Unveils Free Skin Giveaway

Fortnite's February Freebie: Claim the Color Splash Jellie Skin!

Epic Games is giving away a free Color Splash Jellie outfit in Fortnite to players who redeem a V-Bucks code before February 15th. This vibrant skin, a reimagining of the original Jellie skin, boasts a translucent lime-green color scheme and rainbow accents. The offer extends to both physical and digitally purchased V-Bucks codes from authorized retailers – but excludes V-Bucks bought directly through the Fortnite game itself. Note that this skin doesn't include additional items like a back bling, pickaxe, or glider.

This generous giveaway continues Epic Games' recent trend of offering free cosmetic items. Remember the free Yulejacket skin? Or the Juice WRLD cosmetics from November? And let's not forget the revamped Crew Subscription, providing all battle passes at no extra cost! With cosmetics usable across all Fortnite modes, their value is arguably higher than ever.

The Color Splash Jellie skin also has a LEGO counterpart, playable in LEGO Fortnite Odyssey and LEGO Fortnite: Brick Life, adding another layer of fun for fans.

Chapter 6 Season 1 continues to deliver exciting collaborations, following Winterfest's crossovers with Cyberpunk 2077, Shaq, Mariah Carey, and Star Wars, culminating in a free Snoop Dogg skin. The upcoming Godzilla unlock in the battle pass adds further anticipation.

Looking ahead, speculation is rife about potential future collaborations, with rumors of a Devil May Cry crossover generating considerable buzz. The possibility of Dante joining the likes of Kratos, Master Chief, and Lara Croft in Fortnite has fans eagerly awaiting Epic Games' next move.
