Genshin Impact enthusiasts, get ready for the fiery excitement of Version 5.5, "Day of the Flame's Return," set to ignite on March 26th. This update promises to turn up the heat in Natlan with a slew of new content that'll keep you glued to your screens.

One of the most anticipated features is the long-awaited controller support for Android devices, finally making its debut with Version 5.5. If you're eager to learn which controllers will be compatible, you can dive into the details here.

What Does Genshin Impact Version 5.5 Have in Store?

Prepare to venture deep into Natlan's southwestern region, where you'll encounter a new tribe, a colossal volcano, and fresh faces. The Great Volcano of Tollan, shrouded in ancient secrets, houses a sacred city that has slumbered for centuries. As magma churns beneath, your mission is to unravel the enigma of the "Flamelord's Blessing" and the mystery of the Little One. Along this journey, you'll meet the Collective of Plenty, a tribe that celebrates fitness and turns strength challenges into a way of life.

Version 5.5 introduces two new playable characters: Varesa and Iansan. Varesa, a 5-star Electro Catalyst user, brings a unique support ability by restoring Phlogiston after consuming food, making her a valuable asset outside of battle. Iansan, a 4-star Electro Polearm wielder and one of Natlan's six heroes, blends offense with support. When a teammate triggers a Nightsoul Burst, she gains the Warming Up effect, allowing her to provide continuous healing.

In the first phase of Version 5.5's Event Wishes, you can pull for Varesa and Iansan, alongside reruns for Xianyun, Xilonen, and Venti. Check out all these exciting additions below.

The Bloomflower Trials Are Making a Comeback

In this update, you'll team up with Mavuika, Ifa, and other Natlan allies to aid a sick Saurian. A fun mini-game, "Saurian Treasure Seeker," challenges you to guide baby Saurians through obstacles to collect treasures. Participating in this event also gives you the chance to invite Ororon to your roster for free.

For those seeking a thrill, a new boss awaits—the Lava Dragon Statue, lurking within the volcanic fissures. You can grab Genshin Impact from the Google Play Store and immerse yourself in this massive update once it's released.
