Gordon Ramsay Joins Hay Day in Latest Crossover Event

Supercell has once again surprised fans by adding a new celebrity to their popular game lineup—none other than the renowned chef Gordon Ramsay. Starting today, Ramsay will make his debut in Hay Day, bringing a surprisingly calm demeanor to the game. This marks a significant departure from his typically fiery persona seen on shows like Kitchen Nightmares and Hotel Hell.

Ramsay steps into the shoes of the character Greg, who has temporarily left on a fishing trip. Until the 24th, players can enjoy Gordon Ramsay's presence as he introduces a variety of new features and special events to celebrate his inclusion. This move follows Supercell's successful collaboration with Erling Haaland, indicating a trend towards more celebrity partnerships.

In a series of humorous trailers, Ramsay showcases his new, mellow persona, even going so far as to apologize to contestants from his show Hell's Kitchen. This shift in character is a delightful twist for fans and adds a fresh layer of entertainment to the game.

While Ramsay is no stranger to mobile gaming, having his own suite of apps based on his TV shows, his appearance in Hay Day underscores Supercell's increasing focus on collaborations with real-life celebrities. This strategy seems to align well with the diverse, often more mature audience that enjoys Supercell's games.
