GTA 5 Enhanced Joins Xbox Game Pass for PC in 2 Weeks

Microsoft is set to enhance the Xbox Game Pass library with the addition of Rockstar Games’ *Grand Theft Auto 5* on April 15, 2025. This announcement, made via an Xbox Wire post, marks a significant update to the Wave 1 April 2025 lineup. Notably, the PC version of GTA 5 will include the newly released Enhanced update, which Rockstar introduced in early March, promising an enriched experience for PC gamers.

Whether you're playing on Xbox or PC, the latest update, *Oscar Guzman Flies Again*, will be accessible to all. This update introduces new gameplay features such as arms trafficking missions and the ability to take control of the McKenzie Field Hanger in Grapeseed, allowing players to soar through the skies with new aircraft.

The reintroduction of GTA 5 to Game Pass on April 15 signifies its return to the service after a previous departure. While this is a first for PC Game Pass, not all fans are celebrating. The GTA 5 Enhanced update, released on PC on March 4, brought new vehicles, performance enhancements in Hao’s Special Works, animal encounters, and visual improvements. However, it also led to GTA 5 becoming Rockstar’s worst-reviewed title on Steam due to persistent account migration issues affecting GTA Online players trying to transition to the new version.

New players diving into Los Santos for the first time should have a smooth experience, but those looking to migrate their GTA Online accounts to the Enhanced version may encounter ongoing challenges.
