How to Get Thrayir, Eyes of the Siren in World of Warcraft

The journey begins with the Whirling Runekey, which you can obtain from the rare spawn enemy Ksvir the Forgotten. This elusive foe can be found in the southernmost room of the Forgotten Vault. Make sure to visit the Vault during a Storm event, as this increases the chance of Ksvir spawning, and he almost always drops the Whirling Runekey upon defeat.
