Lies of P: New Gameplay Unveiled at Sony's State of Play

Dive back into the grim fairytale world of Lies of P with Overture, the upcoming prequel DLC announced during Sony's State of Play 2025. Launching Summer 2025 on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox, Overture promises to unveil the secrets leading up to the events of the critically acclaimed main game (IGN gave it an 8/10!). Overture serves as a dramatic prequel to Lies of P, transporting you to Krat in its final days, a city steeped in the haunting beauty of the late 19th-century Belle Époque. On the precipice of the devastating Puppet Frenzy, you'll follow Lea, the Legendary Stalker, a mysterious guide, through previously unseen areas and unravel chilling secrets. As Geppetto's deadly puppet, your journey through Krat and its surrounding areas will uncover hidden backstories and epic battles that will reshape your understanding of Lies of P's past and future.

Neowiz, Lies of P's publisher, previously teased the game's first DLC and confirmed plans for a sequel. Lies of P achieved remarkable success, selling one million copies in less than a month after its September 18, 2023 launch on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PC via Steam, and Mac via the Mac App Store.
