Acting as a direct sequel to the 2023 surprise hit—which rebooted a less celebrated 2014 title—Lords of the Fallen 2 returns players to the grim realm of Mournstead, now torn from within as the boundary between life and death grows thin.

The announcement trailer introduced a new central character, referred to only as “the Lampbearer,” clashing with various foes and what appears to be one of the game’s major bosses. The title is officially launching on 2026 for PlayStation 5, with an initial look at gameplay expected later in 2025. Wishlisting is now open.
