Best Settings for Pitching in MLB The Show 25

Unlike the myriad options for hitting, pitching settings in *MLB The Show 25* are more straightforward but no less impactful. Mastering these settings can mean the difference between a disastrous first inning and carrying a no-hitter into the seventh.

Pitching Interface

As in previous *MLB The Show* titles, Pinpoint remains the top choice for pitching interface in *MLB The Show 25*. This setting puts you in complete control, allowing you to dictate exactly where the ball goes. With Pinpoint, you'll draw unique lines for each pitch, and the accuracy of your pitch depends on how well you draw that line.

Mastering Pinpoint can be time-consuming and unforgiving of errors, but once you get the hang of drawing the various lines, it becomes second nature. You'll find yourself consistently hitting the corners of the strike zone.

While other pitching settings in *MLB The Show 25* are less critical, you might want to keep the Pitching Ball Marker on. This helps you maintain a clear view of the pitch location, enhancing your control over the game.

Pitching View

If you've read The Escapist's guide on hitting settings, you'll recognize Strike Zone 2 as the best Hitting View. This view is equally effective for pitching, offering an up-close perspective of the batter that simplifies pitch location. With minimal room for error, Strike Zone 2 helps you target the spots that make hitters uncomfortable, leveraging your familiarity from hitting to enhance your pitching strategy.

These are the best pitching settings to use in *MLB The Show 25*. By fine-tuning these options, you'll be well on your way to becoming a formidable pitcher in the game.
