Pandoland's first major collaboration event features the virtual superstar Hatsune Miku. The game itself, released worldwide in April 2025, is co-developed by Game Freak (the creators of Pokémon) and WonderPlanet (the team behind Jumputi Heroes).
The partnership between this open-world RPG and the iconic virtual pop star Hatsune Miku is an exciting prospect. This global limited-time event runs from June 26th to July 31st, 2025.
For the event, Hatsune Miku arrives alongside Kagamine Rin and Len. All three are available as special, time-limited characters, unlocked by completing specific event missions.
Their designs have been recreated in Pandoland's signature blocky art style, but their abilities remain musically inspired. The gameplay incorporates rhythm-based mechanics blended with traditional RPG elements.
This collaboration introduces a brand-new mode. Developers have remained somewhat secretive about the specifics but have confirmed it is not simply a re-skin of existing content.
Below are the official teaser videos released for the Pandoland x Hatsune Miku event.
In Pandoland, you traverse a voxel-based 3D world, discovering secrets and recruiting rare characters. Exploration is seamless, allowing free movement across land and sea as you chart the map.
Combat leans into fast-paced MOBA-style action within dungeons, where you face enemies and earn new rewards. With over 500 unique companions to collect, you can strengthen your teams by conquering dungeons and completing your in-game collection.
If you haven't already, you can download Pandoland on the Google Play Store.
