Atlus officially announced Persona 4 Revival, a complete remake of the acclaimed JRPG, during the Xbox Games Showcase 2025. The game is confirmed for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox PC, Xbox Cloud, PlayStation 5, and Steam. A teaser trailer provided the first look at Inaba's refreshed visuals and redesigned environments.
This trailer showcased early development footage, mixing short gameplay clips with cinematic scenes of well-known locations. Viewers can recognize iconic spots like the Samegawa Flood Plain, a Yasogami High School classroom, and the central shopping district, all featuring significantly upgraded graphics.
A notable scene depicts a pile of old TVs forming the gateway to the Midnight Channel, a central part of the game's supernatural plot. Flashes of the Dojima residence and a mysterious, shadowy figure appear on the screens before they glow an eerie red, adorned with haunting circular patterns.

The trailer ends with a quick shot of the protagonist, Yu Narukami, sprinting through the shrine and shopping area, followed by the classic Midnight Channel transition and the official title reveal.
Persona 4 Revival is now available for wishlisting, with a release planned for all announced platforms. A specific launch date has not yet been confirmed.
