Troubleshooting: Why Isn't My P5X Code Working?

If you're having trouble redeeming a code in Persona 5: The Phantom X, the issue is typically due to one of the following reasons:

The promo code has expired. There is a spelling or typing error in the code. The code is restricted to a specific region.

Always double-check that you've entered the code exactly as shown – pay attention to similar-looking characters (like zero vs. capital O, or lowercase L vs. capital I) and ensure there are no extra spaces before or after the code.

If the code still doesn't work after verifying its spelling, it has likely expired and is no longer redeemable.

Occasionally, developers release codes that are only valid in certain regions. If you find a code online that doesn't work in your version of the game, this may be the reason.
