The Pokémon Company has recently taken steps to address the frustrations many fans have encountered while trying to obtain the latest Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) sets. In an official statement, the company confirmed that reprints of in-demand sets are on the horizon and emphasized their commitment to improving product availability for fans.

The launch of the newest set, Destined Rivals, was marred by widespread shortages, pre-order complications, and the influence of scalpers. This set, along with others such as Prismatic Evolutions and the Blooming Waters box, has been notoriously difficult to acquire due to overwhelming demand.

In a statement released on their official website, The Pokémon Company acknowledged the challenges fans face in purchasing certain TCG products due to high demand. "We understand this inconvenience can be disappointing for fans, and we are actively working to print more of the impacted Pokémon TCG products as quickly as possible and at maximum capacity," the statement assured. The company promised that reprints would soon be available at participating retailers.

Moreover, The Pokémon Company outlined plans to increase production for future TCG expansions to ensure greater availability at launch. They also committed to ongoing reprints of affected products to maintain stock levels, particularly for the Pokémon Center.

Addressing the issue of scalping indirectly, The Pokémon Company highlighted its efforts to enhance the purchasing experience at the Pokémon Center. By employing technology such as a virtual queue during peak traffic periods, the company aims to prioritize genuine fans over scalpers. "We are committed to providing a smooth purchasing experience and employ technology that helps get products into the hands of fans first and foremost," they stated.

The company expressed gratitude for the community's patience and support as they strive to improve the availability and accessibility of Pokémon TCG products. "We will continue to explore measures that help create the best possible experience for Pokémon Center customers," they added.

With these announcements, The Pokémon Company hopes to alleviate the stress and difficulty fans experience when trying to collect and enjoy new Pokémon TCG sets. It remains to be seen how effective these measures will be, but the commitment to change is a promising start.
