Several of June's most popular new LEGO sets are already selling out fast, with limited stock available right now. The Sherlock Holmes and Harry Potter book nooks, along with the Minifigure Vending Machine, are all on backorder through the official LEGO store. Fortunately, The Lord of the Rings: Balrog book nook is still in stock. You can still reserve and purchase these sets, but shipping will be delayed.
These book nooks are fantastic for adding character to your bookshelf, and the LEGO Minifigure Vending Machine stands out because it actually works like a real machine—just insert a coin, turn the knob, and a minifigure pops out inside a plastic bubble. After building the vending machine ourselves, we described it as a "fun and satisfying build" once fully assembled.

These sets are retiring soonIf you're interested in any of these three sets, prepare for a waiting period. The Harry Potter Hogwarts Express book nook has the earliest shipping date (starting July 11) and is limited to three per customer. The Minifigure Vending Machine and Sherlock Holmes Book Nook are listed with a 60-day shipping estimate, though exact dates aren't guaranteed. When I tried adding the vending machine to my cart, it showed a shipping date of September 18, while the Sherlock Holmes set didn't provide a specific date. Purchase limits are five for the vending machine and three for the book nook—though it's hard to imagine anyone needing that many.
The vending machine and Sherlock Holmes book nook are recommended for builders aged 18 and up, as the builds can be fairly complex. LEGO offers numerous sets designed for adults, which make excellent gifts or display pieces. I personally own the LEGO Nintendo Entertainment System, and it serves as a perfect centerpiece on my shelf alongside my physical game collection.
