Playing R.E.P.O. with friends is a blast, but even the strongest squads can have a weak link. The monsters in R.E.P.O. are relentless, meaning everyone will experience a trip to the respawn menu at some point. Here's how to revive fallen teammates.

Each round begins with 100 health. Damage comes from monsters and even your own equipment, like Human Grenades. Health Packs in the Service Station offer healing, and a unique mechanic lets teammates share health by interacting with each other's health bars.

Despite your best efforts, sometimes the monsters overwhelm your squad. When a teammate dies, their head drops to the ground. Locate it—the map shows its location with a small icon matching the player's color—and pick it up. This is only the first step.

Where To Revive Teammates in R.E.P.O.

With the head in your inventory, head to the extraction point. Drop the head at the point. If you've met the round's loot requirement (check the top right of your screen), your teammate respawns with 1 HP. Entering the truck will restore some health.

Alternatively, if retrieving the head is impossible, starting a new round revives your teammate. Similar to Call of Duty Zombies, this round-based system brings back dead players at the start of a new round. While this leaves you slightly weaker for the remainder of the round, it can be beneficial, especially for newer players who can observe experienced teammates before jumping back into the fray.
