The LG G3, released in 2023, is a generation behind the latest G4 model, but it still outshines every other TV in LG's lineup, with the exception of the newer G4. The G-series OLED TVs outperform the C-series, thanks to their "Evo" panel, which is brighter than traditional W-OLED TVs. The G-series takes it a step further with MLA (micro lens array) technology, enhancing brightness even more. This advanced feature increases the cost but elevates the image quality to match or even surpass Samsung's quantum dot OLED TVs.

OLED TVs are generally considered the best in class due to their superior image quality, deeper blacks, better contrast ratios, wider color gamut, and fast response times. These features make OLED TVs ideal for enjoying 4K HDR content in its full glory. LG's OLED TVs, in particular, have benefited from years of refinement and optimization.

We've chosen the LG G-series as our top pick for gaming TVs. It boasts a native 120Hz panel and four HDMI 2.1 ports, enabling 4K gaming at 120Hz on PS5 or Xbox Series X. It also supports variable refresh rate (VRR) and auto low latency mode (ALLM), making it a perfect match for gamers.

Keep in mind that the LG G-series TVs do not come with a stand. They're designed to be mounted on the wall like a piece of art, complete with a flush mount wall bracket included in the package.
