PowerBlock Dumbbells and Kits Slashed by 40% at Woot!

Adjustable dumbbell sets aren't limited to Bowflex. PowerBlock offers a reliable alternative at a budget-friendly price. For a limited time, Woot! (an Amazon company) has cut the price of the PowerBlock EXP Stage 1 (5 to 50lb) adjustable dumbbell set to just $239.99, saving you $149 compared to a similar Bowflex SelectTech set. Need more weight? PowerBlock’s expansion kits, boosting capacity to 70 or 90 pounds, are also on sale at Woot! for $119.99 each. Amazon Prime members enjoy free shipping, while others pay a flat $6 rate—reasonable for a package exceeding 100 pounds.

PowerBlock Adjustable Dumbbells (up to 90lbs per Dumbbell)

PowerBlock EXP Stage 1 (5 to 50lbs) Adjustable Dumbbell Set

The PowerBlock EXP Stage 1 set lets you adjust each dumbbell from 10 to 50 pounds in 5-pound increments with a simple dial turn. Compact and space-efficient, it’s a smarter choice than a full rack of individual dumbbells. No stand is included, but a discounted one is available, or any sturdy table works for budget-conscious buyers.

A standout feature of PowerBlock dumbbells is their expandability. When you’re ready to lift heavier, you don’t need a new set—just add the Stage 2 or Stage 3 expansion kits to reach up to 90 pounds at an affordable price.

PowerBlock dumbbells are built to last. Having tested them, I can confirm they match the durability of Bowflex SelectTech. Metal construction dominates, with rubber-coated handles for a secure grip and a smooth, intuitive weight adjustment dial. A five-year warranty backs their quality, offering peace of mind for dedicated lifters.

Dumbbells are perfect for home workouts with limited space. A single pair enables a wide range of exercises targeting nearly every muscle group in your upper and lower body. Pair free weights with bodyweight exercises like pushups or squats, plus some cardio, and you may never need additional gear.
