Sony has exciting news for gamers, confirming price cuts across various products during its Days of Play 2025 promotional event. In a recent post on the PlayStation Blog, Sony announced that Days of Play will run from May 28 at 12:01 am to June 11 at 11:59 pm local time in each region.
In the United States and Canada, the PlayStation 5 console bundled with Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 (available in both Digital and Standard editions) will start at $399.99 USD / $509.99 CAD. This bundle offers savings of up to $119.99 USD / $159.99 CAD compared to purchasing the items separately. In select regions such as Europe and Asia, both the Digital and Standard editions of the PlayStation 5 will be on promotion, starting at €399.99 / £339.99 / ¥65,980. Additionally, there's a $50 USD discount on the PlayStation 5 Pro console.
Sony is also slashing prices on PS5 accessories and games. You can save $50 USD on the PlayStation VR2 and the PlayStation VR2 Horizon Call of the Mountain Bundle. Both the Pulse Explore wireless earbuds and the DualSense Edge wireless controller will see a $30 USD price cut. Meanwhile, the Access controller and the DualSense wireless controller will be discounted by $20 USD each. Gamers can also enjoy various discounts on popular PS5 titles, including Astro Bot, MLB The Show 25, The Last of Us Part II Remastered, and LEGO Horizon Adventures.
For those looking to join PlayStation Plus, there's an opportunity to save up to 33% on select 12-month memberships during Days of Play 2025. Current PlayStation Plus Essential or Extra members can also save 33% on the remaining duration of their membership when upgrading to PlayStation Plus Premium/Deluxe.
