Sony has officially announced a State of Play event scheduled for tomorrow, June 4.

In a post on the PlayStation Blog, Tim Turi, Content Communications Manager at Sony Interactive Entertainment, confirmed viewers will receive "news and updates on highly anticipated titles coming to PS5." Turi added: “The presentation will showcase a curated lineup of impressive games from developers worldwide.”

The showcase, which runs over 40 minutes, begins on June 4 at 2pm Pacific Time / 5pm Eastern Time / 11pm Central European Summer Time.

While details remain limited, it’s highly anticipated that we’ll see new footage of Sucker Punch’s upcoming PlayStation 5 exclusive sequel, Ghost of Yotei, scheduled for release in October.

Fans are also wondering whether Insomniac's Wolverine project will appear, alongside reveals from other Sony first-party studios—such as God of War developer Sony Santa Monica, Days Gone’s Bend Studio, and Guerrilla Games, which is currently developing a multiplayer spinoff of Horizon.

Sony-owned Bungie is also working on Marathon, though it's uncertain how much of the game will be shown following the recent plagiarism concerns. Fairgames—now led without Jade Raymond—remains in development. Last month, Sony introduced a new PlayStation studio, teamLFG, and teased its first project: a live service incubation title.

It’s also possible that externally developed games published by Sony, like Phantom Blade Zero, will make an appearance.
