It's easy to overlook this engaging interaction if you're solely focused on completing the main storyline. Here's a detailed guide on how to locate and successfully complete the Joke quest in the Rookie Village of *Stalker 2*.

How to Complete the Joke Quest from Lyonchyk Sprat in the Rookie Village

Lyonchyk Sprat can be found in the Rookie Village, nestled within the Cordon region of *Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl*. As you approach the center of the village, Lyonchyk will call out to Skif, initiating a conversation where he awkwardly attempts to share a joke. This amusing encounter quickly shifts to a request for assistance: Lyonchyk needs Skif's help to deliver a joke to a group of stalkers gathered around a bonfire, with the goal of joining their circle and making new friends. Accepting this request will officially start the Joke quest.

Help Lyonchyk Sprat Tell a Joke

Upon agreeing to help, Lyonchyk will instruct Skif to ascend to the attic of a nearby house and await his signal. Turn around from where you're standing to spot a ladder leading up to the attic, positioned next to the bonfire. Climb up and position yourself in the attic to move the quest forward.

You'll be presented with a selection of jokes to choose from, each eliciting a different reaction from the audience. No matter which option you select, Lyonchyk will successfully deliver the joke, and the quest will be marked as completed.

Receiving Reward from Lyonchyk

After the humorous exchange, descend from the attic and meet Lyonchyk Sprat at his original location. He will express his gratitude for helping him integrate into the stalker community and reward Skif with 900 coupons as a token of appreciation.

However, should you choose to remain silent and allow Lyonchyk to deliver the joke on his own, the quest will fail. In this case, Lyonchyk will retreat from the group, ending up beside a house where he'll lament Skif's lack of support.
