PlayStation 5 Exclusive

• Best Buy: $39.99 (was $69.99)
• Amazon: $49.99 (was $69.99)

Stellar Blade, Shift Up's first non-gacha title in the US, boasts impressive reviews, praised for its challenging Soulslike combat, stunning visuals, captivating soundtrack, and distinctive character designs.

IGN's Mitchell Saltzman highlighted the game's strengths and weaknesses in his review, noting the compelling action combat system inspired by Sekiro, a diverse range of formidable enemies, and rewarding exploration. While the story and some RPG elements fell short, the core gameplay shines. IGN awarded it a 7/10, though many, including myself, found it more deserving of a higher score. Its exclusion from our Best PS5 Games of 2024 list was simply due to its recent release date.

For optimal performance, play in "Performance" mode for a smooth 60fps experience. PS5 Pro owners can enjoy the best of both worlds with "Enhanced" 4K mode at 50fps or higher, boasting improved visuals and a high-framerate (HFR) option for 80fps gameplay (requires a 120hz display).
