TMNT Joins Call of Duty: Exciting Crossover Awaits!

Activision has just unveiled an exciting new crossover event for the online shooter Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 and Call of Duty: Warzone, featuring the beloved heroes from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series. This marks yet another appearance of these four iconic turtles in an Activision title, much to the delight of fans.

While the developers have kept the details under wraps and only promised that the collaboration will launch "soon," the community at CODWarfareForum has already begun speculating. Rumors suggest that players will have the opportunity to don skins featuring all four TMNT protagonists. However, there's a noticeable absence of other popular characters like April O'Neil, Master Splinter, and the villainous Shredder. Additionally, new weapons inspired by the turtles' arsenal are expected to be introduced, including a skateboard, katana, nunchucks, and a staff, perfect for close combat or finishing moves. The main events of this crossover are rumored to take place on the Grind map, a skatepark that perfectly complements the TMNT theme.

Despite the excitement around the crossover, the fan reaction has been mixed. The issue isn't with the TMNT franchise itself, which remains popular and beloved. Instead, the current state of Black Ops 6 is causing concern. The game is currently plagued by bugs and cheaters, leading to a significant decline in its online player base. Many feel that this collaboration comes at a challenging time for the game, and there's uncertainty about when (or if) these issues will be resolved.
