Valkyrie Connect teams up with hit anime Konosuba for new collab event

As we approach the summer of 2025, the anime world is buzzing with excitement for the upcoming season, featuring the return of beloved series and the introduction of new ones. Among them, the fan-favorite comedy "Konosuba" is set to make waves not only on screen but also in the gaming world. ATeam Entertainment's popular mobile game, Valkyrie Connect, is gearing up for a thrilling collaboration with Konosuba, coinciding with the anime's eagerly awaited third season.

Konosuba, a standout in the isekai genre where characters find themselves trapped in another world, follows the misadventures of Kazuma, a perpetual underdog, as he allies with the self-absorbed goddess Aqua, the explosion-obsessed mage Megumin, and the eccentric knight Darkness in their quest to vanquish a Demon King. Renowned for its humor, fans will be thrilled to recruit Megumin, Aqua, and Darkness into their Valkyrie Connect rosters.

Darkness takes the spotlight as the main character of this collaboration event. Players can collect Collab Coins to summon her, leveraging her high defense and resistance to status ailments to bolster their teams. Meanwhile, Aqua and Megumin will be available in the summoning pool, with specific Steps ensuring a guaranteed chance to add them to your lineup.

Both Aqua and Megumin bring their iconic abilities to the game. Aqua's healing magic and other spells, alongside Megumin's signature Explosion, promise to enhance gameplay while staying true to their anime personas—minus the annoyance, of course.

Don't miss out on Vanir's Trader, where you can exchange tickets for exclusive collaboration costumes and other unique items. Additionally, the event features a special storyline that integrates the Konosuba characters into the Valkyrie Connect universe, adding depth and excitement to the collaboration.
