Warframe: 1999\'s Techrot Encore update sees you taking On-Lyne Off-Lyne, coming soon

Warframe: 1999's March update, "Techrot Encore," delivers a wave of new content, including the highly anticipated 60th Warframe, Temple! This Y2K-themed update also introduces four fresh Protoframes and a host of new weapons.

But the real highlight? The arrival of the Technocyte Coda – the boy band On-Lyne, now transformed into formidable Lich adversaries. Fans familiar with the pre-release ARG will recognize these once-harmless pop stars, now wielding deadly power.

Players will have access to four new Scaldra weapons for diverse combat strategies, alongside enhancements to the Romance & Relationships system. A new Gyre Deluxe cosmetic skin and the aforementioned Protoframes and Warframe round out the additions.

The update's unique Y2K aesthetic is a major draw, and the "boy band turned cybernetic monsters" twist is undeniably captivating.

Before the March update, players can enjoy the return of the Clan Operation: Belly of the Beast (starting February 6th), new skins, and Nightwave Vol. 8, offering additional rewards.
